Ian McClung Hollow Knight's soundtrack is exactly what you 'd expect from one of the best Metroidvanias to come out in recent years. It's a good thing Hollow Knight's movement feels so great, because there's a huge amount of space to traverse. On at least three separate occasions, I said "are you kidding me?" out loud as I stumbled upon yet another unique and detailed area that I had no idea existed. Even after getting a Steam achievement for unlocking all the game's maps, there were more hidden areas to find, each with its own theme, enemies, and history within Hallownest.

The Unchosen One: The player is a vessel who tried to crawl out of the Abyss to be selected by the Pale King for its quest to seal away Radiance. Upon reaching the top, he found that a different one had been chosen and Hollow Knight PC Download fell back into the Abyss. The game begins as it surfaces hundreds of years later, seeking to complete his task with no guidance besides what he eavesdropped from the King.

Defrosting Ice Queen: She starts out very hostile to the Hollow Knight, but becomes more civil to them as it seems more and more like they can actually destroy the infection for good, to the point where she risks her life to help them in the final battle.
